How much is shipping?
UK shipping is £4.50 and international shipping is from £9.
Do you ship internationally?
I do! If it isn’t letting you check out internationally, drop me a message (and I’ll try to fix whatever I’ve broken!)
Can I collect my order?
Yep! I offer free collection from all the markets I attend. I do them fairly regularly (at least one a month) all around the North East.
Can I get free shipping?
Yes! Orders £50+ will get free shipping. However, if you’re just shy of £50, drop me a message. It would suck to pay shipping on an order that’s £49.99
Help with my order
How long will my order take to get to me?
In theory, any where from 2 days to about a week, depending on where your order is going and when you’ve ordered.
Occassionally it might take longer - I have a chronic pain condition and flare ups can affect getting orders out. When I can I’ll let you know if it’s going to be delayed, but keep an eye on social media as I’ll post updates there too.
I’m looking for something in particular. Can you help me?
I will try my best! I can usually source things if you’re after a particular crystal or shape, or advise on where you might be able to get something if I know I can’t get it/ get it in time for you.

Why do some of your crystal towers/points have ‘blobs’?
Some of the crystal towers/points I have are topped with wax/blu-tac to protect the point while shipping. These come off very easily and should not damage your crystal.
What is your refund policy?
Orders can be cancelled and refunded up until they are scheduled to be collected by Royal Mail, absolutely no questions asked or hard feelings.
After this, generally no refunds will be given. If you’re unhappy with your order for whatever reason, please drop me a message and I’ll see what I can do.
If an order arrives damaged, a portion of your order may be subject to refund, not including delivery charges.
